Getting to Flatflesa Lighthouse is part of the journey itself. Surrounded by open ocean between Ålesund and Molde, the island is only accessible by boat or helicopter, creating a rare sense of privacy and distance from the mainland.

Transport to Flatflesa Lighthouse can be arranged by helicopter, charter boat or RIB. Helicopter is the fastest option, while boat transfers offer a quieter arrival through the coastal landscape of western Norway.

The crossing takes approximately 15 minutes from Aukra or Finnøy, and around 30 minutes from Brattvåg. Guests travelling from further away can also arrange transport from Ålesund and Molde as part of their stay.
